Public Participation in PDILA Board of Trustees Meetings

Pee Dee Innovation and Leadership Academy values transparency and community engagement. As part of our virtual meeting format, individuals who wish to speak during the public comment portion of a PDILA Board of Trustees meeting must complete the Public Comment Request Form prior to the meeting.

To participate, please complete the Google Form no later than 12:00 PM on the day BEFORE the scheduled board meeting. Here is the link: https://forms.gle/TMKDnSjieFHqjYga7

Guidelines for Public Comment Participation

PDILA encourages students, families, staff, and community members to express their perspectives on matters related to the school. To ensure a smooth and respectful process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Complete all sections of the Google Form, including your name, phone number, email address, the school your child(ren) attend (if applicable), and the topic you wish to address.

  • Comments should focus on school-related operations, programs, or policies. Public comment is not the appropriate forum for personal complaints against school personnel or individuals.

  • Each speaker will be allowed up to three (3) minutes to present their comments during the virtual meeting.

  • If multiple individuals plan to speak on the same topic, please designate one spokesperson to represent the group.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support of PDILA and our mission to empower and inspire every student.
